Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes! Our coverage protects both our team and your event location. For added peace of mind, our insurance provider can confirm the policy directly with you.

Are casino parties legal?

Absolutely. All play uses “fun money,” and prizes are awarded based on winnings. Guests of all ages can participate safely—no real gambling involved.

How does a casino party operate?

Each guest receives gaming chips to use at any table. Move freely between Blackjack,Roulette, Poker, and more. Don’t know the rules? Our friendly dealers will guide everyone. At the end, chips can be exchanged for raffle tickets or auction vouchers. We’re happy to advise on prize regulations in your state.

How long is a typical event?

Our standard package includes three hours of casino play. Additional hours can be added at a proportional rate.

How much space is required for tables?

Blackjack, Money Wheel, Poker Tables: ~50 sq ft each

Roulette, Mini Craps: ~60 sq ft each

Full-Size Craps: ~80 sq ft

How many tables do I need?

We suggest covering about 60% of your guest count. For example, 100 guests = 60 spots at tables.

Chairs for Gaming Tables

Most tables can be used seated or standing. Texas Hold’em requires chairs. Venues usually provide seating, but we also offer chair rentals—call to confirm availability.

Do I need to provide prizes?

Not required, but prizes make the night more exciting! Popular choices include gift cards, electronics, wine, or movie tickets.

Is there an age requirement?

Nope! Since we use play money, guests of all ages can join. Perfect for high school graduations, youth events, and kids’ birthday parties.

How do I book my event?

A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable deposit secure your date, equipment, and staff. The remaining balance is due on the event day. Payment options: cash, check, PayPal, or major credit cards.

What is your cancellation or change policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to another date or event. Any changes to equipment or details must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the event.

When do you deliver and set up?

Most setups are completed 1 hour before the event starts. Early setup can be arranged for an extra fee. Teardown begins at the end of the casino portion unless otherwise scheduled.
