1. Booking & Payment
● A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date.
● Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future date if requested in advance.
● Final payment is due on or before the event day.
● Accepted payments: major credit cards, PayPal, cash, or check.

2. Event Changes & Cancellations
● All changes must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the event.
● Cancellation of the event results in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Liability & Safety
● www.galaeventservices.pro carries $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance.
● Clients must ensure the venue meets all safety and legal requirements.
● All equipment is maintained to industry standards; however, www.galaeventservices.pro is not responsible for accidents outside of our control.

4. Age & Gambling
● All events use fun money only; no real gambling occurs.
● Guests of any age can participate unless local laws specify otherwise.

5. Equipment & Setup
● Clients are responsible for providing adequate space for gaming tables and equipment.
● Standard table space requirements:
- ○ Blackjack/Poker tables: 6–10 players per table
- ○ Roulette: 8 players
- ○ Craps: 8–20 players depending on table size
● Chairs may be provided upon request; venues typically supply seating.

6. Professional Staff
● Dealers, hosts, and staff are employees of www.galaeventservices.pro, trained and professional.
● Gratuities are optional but appreciated.

7. Photos & Media
● www.galaeventservices.pro may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes.
● Clients may request restrictions prior to the event.
